Frustrated and disgruntled after a back injury, and unsuccessful return to work attempts in residential care, Melissa was reluctant to see Let’s Talk.
However after her first session, she had decided her back injury was only prohibiting her while she was lifting people. Moving into management, and progressing her human service career, she wouldn’t have lifting in her role.
